U.S. Bank and State Farm have announced plans to bring U.S. Bank products and services to State Farm customers starting later this year. State Farm customers will soon be able to enjoy U.S. Bank’s industry-leading digital tools, and your State Farm agent will continue to offer best-in-class products to meet your banking needs. With these changes, State Farm will no longer offer retail banking products through State Farm Bank.

State Farm® and U.S. Bank are bringing the best-in-class U.S. Bank products and digital tools to State Farm customers.

Here’s how to get started:

  • Go into your State Farm mobile app or log into whpdsf.com and you’ll be able to see your new U.S. Bank account details.
  • When you click on your bank account, in-app instructions will guide you through the steps to set up your U.S. Bank login credentials and accept the terms and agreements. In the State Farm mobile app, you’ll be prompted to download the U.S. Bank mobile app to continue.
  • Your State Farm user ID will prepopulate and you can enter your existing password or choose a new password.
  • Once logged in, you’ll be able to see your transactions, move money and take advantage of the best-in-class capabilities that U.S. Bank has to offer.
  • After you have logged into to the U.S. Bank mobile app for the first time, you won’t have to do it again.

What is changing?

State Farm® announced that U.S. Bank will acquire State Farm Bank’s existing credit cards and deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit. With this change, State Farm will no longer offer retail banking products through State Farm Bank.

If I have a State Farm Bank checking account, savings account, money market savings account, or certificate of deposit, is it going to move to U.S. Bank?

If I have a State Farm Bank checking account, savings account, money market savings account, or certificate of deposit, how will my deposits and transfers be handled going forward?

  • Deposits:
    • After close of business on October 9, 2020 State Farm Bank will stop accepting deposits online, via the SF Mobile App, and by mail.
      • All mail deposits received after that date will be forwarded to U.S. Bank which will result in a processing delay.
      • Beginning October 12, 2020 you’ll be able to conveniently make deposits at U.S. Bank branches, ATMs, or through the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
      • You can still mail your deposits with a deposit slip or by writing your account number on the check to U.S. Bank after 10/9/2020.

If I have a State Farm Bank credit card, will it move to U.S. Bank?

No. Your vehicle loan will remain with the State Farm family of companies.

Yes. Our State Farm Bank-branded 币圈是什么意思home finance products — including mortgages, 币圈是什么意思home equity loans and 币圈是什么意思home equity lines of credit — will move to another financial institution. We’ll send you any information you may need as we determine these arrangements.
